Sleek Ride Solutions, LLC (“Sleek Ride,” “we,” “us”) operates a lead-generation and marketplace platform that connects consumers with licensed insurance brokers. We are not a licensed insurance agency, broker, or producer. We do not quote, underwrite, bind, or service policies.
The 60-second summary
- You submit an insurance inquiry → we route it through a tiered marketplace of independently licensed brokers.
- Routing follows this exact order with 24-hour windows per tier: Exclusive (at most one broker per zip) → Priority → Standard.
- If no broker in any tier accepts, the lead automatically cascades to an in-house fallback broker that is under common ownership with Sleek Ride Solutions. We disclose this relationship so you can decide whether to accept their quote or contact a different broker independently.
- Licensed brokers compete on quotes; you choose which one to work with.
- The broker you select (not Sleek Ride) binds and services the policy.
- Every broker who receives your lead pays Sleek Ride a flat per-lead fee on delivery — whether they win your business or not.
- Your lead is only routed to brokers licensed in your state of residence.
- The owner of Sleek Ride Solutions holds personal producer licenses in NC, SC, and VA, but does not bind or act as producer of record on any policy sold through this platform.
How the marketplace actually works
- You complete the intake form (name, contact info, zip, state, vehicle/details, coverage needs).
- Our system filters all active brokers where their declared licensed states include your state of residence and they have active coverage for insurance in your zip code.
- We then cascade the lead through tiers in this strict order, with one tier per 24-hour window:
- Exclusive tier (uniqueness constraint enforces at most one broker per (insurance, zip))
- Priority tier (multiple brokers may share the same zip)
- Standard tier (multiple brokers may share the same zip)
- Each tier round delivers the lead simultaneously to all eligible brokers in that tier. The first broker to submit a quote earns your attention on the dashboard.
- Every broker who receives the lead is charged the tier’s per-lead fee on delivery, regardless of whether they ultimately win your business. If no broker accepts after the Standard tier’s 24-hour window expires, the lead automatically falls back to an in-house fallback broker under common ownership with Sleek Ride Solutions.
Compensation — full transparency
Brokers pay Sleek Ride the following flat per-delivered-lead fees (current testing-phase amounts; subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice):
- Exclusive tier: $25 per lead
- Priority tier: $20 per lead
- Standard tier: $15 per lead
These fees are paid regardless of whether the broker wins your business. Sleek Ride receives only referral/lead fees — no commission sharing, no percentage of premium, and no contingent compensation. This structure complies with North Carolina General Statute § 58-33-82 and equivalent laws in South Carolina and Virginia (pure referral fees to an unlicensed entity are permitted when the unlicensed entity performs no selling, soliciting, or negotiating of insurance).
Common-ownership fallback-broker disclosure
Sleek Ride Solutions maintains an in-house fallback broker that is under common ownership with Sleek Ride. Said broker is a separately incorporated, independently licensed insurance agency owned by the same individual who owns Sleek Ride. When a lead routes to this fallback broker, you will receive this exact email:
“Routed to our in-house fallback broker”
“No marketplace broker accepted your inquiry within their window, so it’s been routed to our in-house fallback broker (under common ownership with Sleek Ride). They’ll send quotes within 24 hours.”
We disclose this relationship up front so you can decide whether to accept the fallback broker’s quote, request a different broker, or contact any licensed agency directly outside our marketplace.
State-license filtering
We filter every lead so it is sent only to brokers who are licensed in your state of residence. You will never receive a quote from an unlicensed broker through our platform.
Your consent to contact
By submitting an inquiry you consent to contact by (a) Sleek Ride and (b) the specific broker(s) who receive your lead, via email, phone, or SMS (including automated dialing systems where permitted by law). This consent is not required to obtain insurance — you may always call any licensed broker directly. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, calling, or emailing hello@sleekride.com.
Marketplace lifecycle emails you will receive
Exact subjects and triggers:
- “Your insurance request — we’re routing it now” (on lead creation)
- “A new quote just came in” (when any broker submits a quote)
- “Routed to our in-house fallback broker” (on fallback cascade)
- “Your policy is bound” (when the winning broker confirms binding)
- “Message from your broker” (on in-app messages, 5-min throttle)
- “Time to re-shop your policy — fresh quotes incoming” (11 months after binding, only if you have not opted out)
Renewal automation
Unless you opt out at intake or later, we will automatically create a new marketplace lead and email you the “Time to re-shop your policy — fresh quotes incoming” message 11 months after your policy is bound. This is a courtesy service to help you compare fresh quotes before auto-renewal; it does not bind you to any new policy.

All policy questions go to the broker named on your declarations page or to the carrier. For complaints about the lead process itself, contact us or your state DOI:
