Work a booking

Accept inside the hour, keep the status honest, photograph everything, get paid.

  1. 01

    Accept inside the decision window

A new booking gives you one hour to accept before it cascades to the next covered shop. Everything you need to decide is on the card: service, package, window, location, vehicle notes.

  2. 02

Advance the status as you work

In progress when you start, photos as you shoot them, Ready when it's done, Complete at handoff. The customer watches the same tracker you're updating, which is why nobody calls your front desk asking where things stand.

  3. 03

    Photograph before, during, and after

Photos on every job are one of the five standards. They protect you in any dispute, they feed the customer's tracker live, and they're the habit that keeps quality arguments short.

  4. 04

    Completion triggers payment

Mark the job complete and the payout math runs automatically. Funds land in your Stripe balance and pay out on the normal 2 to 3 business day cycle.

The rules, plainly.

Reschedules and cancels have guardrails
You can propose a new time; the customer has 24 hours to take it or the original stands. Cancelling on a customer makes them whole in full, every time, so treat it as the last resort it is.
