Open your appointment and hit Reschedule. Pick a new window at least 24 hours out. The duration stays the same and there is never a fee to move a booking.

- The cancellation fee schedule
- More than 24 hours before your appointment: no fee, full refund. Inside 24 hours: a $30 fee. Inside 2 hours, or after the job has started: a $50 fee, up to what you paid. The full policy has every detail.
- Provider cancellations make you whole
- If your provider cancels on you, you get every dollar back. Always.
