- The broker you pick binds and services your policy. We never sell you insurance ourselves, and your lead only ever goes to brokers licensed in your state.
- If no broker quotes in time
- Your request hands off to our in-house fallback broker, a separately licensed agency under common ownership, and you get an email saying exactly that. The insurance disclosure page explains the whole arrangement.
