One free zip. Pay for the reach you want.
Every provider gets their home zip free. Cruise into extra zips for a dollar, take the Fast Lane to jump the line, or claim Pole Position for first call on everything in a zip. You set your prices and keep every dollar of them; our fee rides on top.
Pricing shown is being finalized with our launch partners. Final numbers confirmed before any provider is billed.

Best for
Shops who want first call on a market and the volume that comes with it.
The booking fee
You set your price. Our fee goes on top.
On booking services you tell us what each package needs to make, and you receive every dollar of it. SleekRide's fee is added on top of your price for the customer, and it shrinks as your tier climbs. It is never deducted from your number.
Insurance and rentals work differently: brokers pay per delivered lead, and rental demand routes straight to your Turo listing. Same tiers, different funnel.
Cruise
9%
Added on top of your price on every booking in your Cruise zips.
Fast Lane
6%
The subscription buys better routing and a smaller fee on top.
Pole Position
3%
First call on the zip and the smallest fee on the platform.
Your dashboard shows the math on every package: your price, the fee, and what the customer sees. Pricing shown is being finalized with our launch partners. Final numbers confirmed before any provider is billed.
Insurance brokers
Insurance runs on a prepaid lead fund, not the platform fee above.
SleekRide isn't a licensed insurance agency, so we don't collect commissions. Brokers pay per delivered lead from a prepaid wallet. The broker who wins the customer's pick binds the policy off-platform + gets paid directly by the carrier.
Per-lead delivery fees
Cruise
$25
Per lead delivered
Fast Lane
$20
Per lead delivered
Pole Position
$15
Per lead delivered
Matching deposit
Every dollar you pay on an insurance coverage subscription ($1 Cruise / $8 Fast Lane / $20 Pole Position per zip/mo) automatically credits your lead wallet. Your subscription does double duty as lead budget.
Tier cascade + bad-lead refunds
Leads route Pole Position → Fast Lane → Cruise → in-house fallback broker, with 24-hour rounds. Every broker who receives a lead pays for it. No auto-refund to losing brokers. Bad leads (bad contact info, duplicate, out of scope) are refunded via ops approval from your /provider/leads inbox.
All per-lead + subscription numbers are placeholders for the testing phase. Final pricing confirmed before any broker is billed.
Questions
Things shops ask before applying.
Is there a contract?
No. The Cruise home zip is free and unlimited in time. Fast Lane and Pole Position subscriptions are month-to-month, cancel any time, prorated through your billing period.
What if I want to switch tiers later?
Right from your provider dashboard. Move individual zips up or down between Cruise, Fast Lane, and Pole Position. Stripe handles the proration automatically.
How is Pole Position enforced?
At the database level. Exactly one provider holds Pole Position for a given (service, zip) pair, and it rides on top of an active Fast Lane subscription for that zip. Hold Pole Position on detailing in 28677 and every detailing job there is offered to you first.
What if multiple Fast Lane providers exist for the same zip?
We round-robin leads among them, with capacity-aware load balancing. Fast Lane providers always get first crack ahead of Cruise providers in that zip.
Can I change my home zip?
Yes, from settings. The new home zip becomes free; the old one becomes a billable Cruise zip if you want to keep coverage there. If you don't, drop it in one click.
Who pays for damage to a customer's vehicle?
You do, through your insurance. SleekRide routes the work; it doesn't insure your shop. That's why we require your certificate of insurance on file and verified before jobs route to you.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your price per package in your settings and you always receive every dollar of it. SleekRide's fee is added on top of your price for the customer, scaled by your tier. Your dashboard shows the exact math before anything goes live.
What happens if I can't take a job?
Pass within the 1-hour accept window. The job cascades to the next provider in the routing order. No penalty for an honest pass; if most jobs get passed we'd want a conversation, not a fee.
Does the 1-hour accept window apply to insurance leads?
No. Insurance uses a 24-hour tier round instead. Pole Position gets the lead solo for 24 hours; if unsold, Fast Lane gets it (all Fast Lane brokers in that zip get it simultaneously) for 24 hours; if still unsold, Cruise for 24 hours; finally an in-house fallback broker. Your lead fund is charged at delivery regardless of whether you submit a quote.
Do insurance brokers or Turo hosts pay the booking fee?
No. Brokers pay per lead from a prepaid wallet ($15/$20/$25 placeholder by tier) and keep 100% of carrier commissions on policies they bind. Turo hosts pay only their zip subscriptions; rental demand forwards straight to their Turo host page and the rental money never touches SleekRide. The on-top booking fee (9/6/3 by tier) applies only to booking services: detailing, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, upholstery, and body shops when they go live.
The home zip is free. Try it.
You can apply, get your insurance on file, start taking pre-paid jobs in your home zip, and pay $0 in subscriptions until you decide to expand.
